      Attorney Ramsey H. Mashni received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Michigan. He then obtained his Juris Doctorate from Detroit College of Law now Michigan State University College of Law. He has been admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan. His professional memberships include State Bar of Michigan, Lapeer County Bar Association.

Mr. Mashni is a former Prosecuting Attorney for Lapeer County, Michigan until June of 2001. He entered private practice in 1994 and then again in 2001 after leaving the Prosecutor’s Office and has specialized in criminal defense and family law matters along with Business and Corporate Law, Real Estate Law and Personal Injury since that time. His past experience as a prosecutor has given him a distinct advantage in representing his clients.

Mr. Mashni has successfully represented a variety of criminal cases including drunk driving, criminal sexual conduct, Home Invasions, Retail Fraud, Assaults and Larceny. Additionally, he works with family law matters related to separation, divorce, custody, and protective services complaints.

    Jessica Habel is a freelance paralegal who supports our firm’s remote and physical operations through JHD Paralegal Services. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies from Madonna University and brings more than eight years of experience working with small law offices and remote legal support services. Drawing on her background in legal studies, technology, and business management; Jessica provides dependable support with pleading preparation, discovery management, and focused procedural research. Her experience and attention to detail help our team stay organized and responsive while serving clients remotely.

Eileeya Niamtu is our legal assistant who possesses a Bachelor's Degree of Arts and Sciences in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Saginaw Valley State University. She is dedicated to keeping cases organized and clients informed. She supports Mr. Mashni with document preparation, scheduling, and case management, bringing attention to detail and a commitment to responsive service to every matter.
