In Michigan a person can lose their driver's license for a number of reasons such as medical issues or multiple driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances. In Michigan a driver who is convicted of 2 driving offenses involving alcohol or controlled substances in a 7 year period will have their license revoked for 1 year. If you are convicted of 3 offenses in a 10 year period, your license is revoked for 5 years. Getting your license back is difficult to say the least.
In order to get your license back, a person must apply to the Driver License Appeal Division of the Michigan Secretary of State and provide sufficient evidence of sobriety. I have successfully handled numerous appeals to the DLAD and restored client's licenses for them. Let me help you get your license back.
